Why does that matter? You can send mail to anyone in this game, not just your faction.
Anyway, I find Night Mothers to be rather lackluster compared to some later sets. Maybe for lore and stuff it's worth getting - I had a few pieces, but I broke them down a long time ago for a better stealth set.
