What armor style is this? SS included, spoilers?

So at end of fighters guild quest line you face the will of the council. Two of the members have unique helms I love and can not seem to find the motif/style of them. I am thinking they are not in game. They are samurai ish and I want them bad lol. Hopefully the SS loads right.

You do see a few of the Fighters guild people wearing armour of that style. Whilst its nice I can say the colour isn't my first choice.

Merric's armor when you first meet him is extremely awesome, I wish we could get that in game.
