Need help on Twitch tv

I've decided to go ahead and test the Twitch tv. I'm not going to give you the link just yet untill the connection is stable and won't cause lags for me and my bro playing eso together. I'll give you a small info.
I am using OBS and read the instructions on using bos with twitch tv. My bro also set me up to 1mb max. That way we don't pull so much latancy. i won't be able to play in HD either cause that will disconnect me.
I max it out on OBS 700KB to make it like 480p so it doesn't go over the max otherwise I'll lag on twitch. I have it on my monitor 1600x900 and set 1.25 1280x720. But when I run obs it kinda...I mean it runs very well now but I can't seem to make obs more clearer so you guys can watch. When I move it does alot of pixels boxes making it harder to see. What can I do to fix it?
