Well here's a link to a video on youtube on how to somewhat easily do a lv38+ quest at a low level, i did this using a bow with heavy use of scattershot. By doing this your able to keep them off you long enough to damage them and when your low on health use the vampire drain skill your given to heal yourself while stunning them.
