Is a crocodile a fish? No.
And as Argonians homeland is a swam, I would say freshwater reptile.
But Argonian steaks need some salt. I remember EQ when you could make 'parts' from the different races into food. Always fun giving a Wood Elf, a Elf Kerbab and asking them if it was someone they knew they just ate!

Reminds me of Morrowind, when you could trap people's souls in soul gems, and it would say that person's name when you highlighted the soul gem...

I loved catching fish in those things. Silly reptile fish alligator things.

technically we aren't true reptiles because we are amphibious

    freshwater rephibions

reptiles can't breath under water and fish can't breath above land and amphibians don't have scales.

Sigh. Well, my Argonian is a fish. I've played the entire game in water so far.

I think the bigger question is: why do they have breasts?

they're not breasts - they're unfertilized eggs in pouches contained in their upper chest. During mating season, the male, if he has successfully enticed the female to mate, is allowed to fertilize the eggs...

***note - This idea is entirely my own fault and I'm already regretting it - there is no point in Elder Scrolls lore that backs that up***

Its not breasts but more like the camel’s humps (fat store)

But why Khajiit only have 2 and not 6.

sadly, this is not the first time I have had to say this...nor is it likely to be the last.

But I'm glad it'll be useful for you...
