Provisioning - 2nd & 3rd level recipe sourcing problems

When I started provisioning at the beginning of the game, I had no trouble finding the materials I needed for the recipes I discovered. Now my character is a lvl 23 and running the cooresponding quest for that lvl, but the materials I loot don't seem to match the Dram recipes I'm finding. Am I doing something wrong or is everyone having this issue?

I think you could try going back to an earlier area. I am 17-18 right now and am getting all these level 20 and 25 recipes and ingredients near Haven (aldmeri covenant city). I have no use for them right now, just saving up for the future.

Thanks, I'll try going back to some previous areas and see how that works out. I'm in Ebonheart.

Recipes that you find, depend on your char level. Mats you can find depending on the zone your in. Only advantage of the system is, that you can learn/read a recipe befor you can actually use it. Theres no need to waste storage on that.
