Reflection/armor ability?

Im looking for 1 skill/ability I have seen from both players and npc's.
You get a yellow shield looking thing infront of you that reflects some of the damage done to you back at the caster/shooter.

Anyone know what this is?

Thank you for the comments but its not any of those, tried it out and Defensive posture only reflects 1 ability. Reflective scale last for 4 seconds. What I have seen is people put there shield up and it reflects a small amount of damage for as long they keep blocking.

Im pretty sure i saw you asking this in cyrodiil. I say this because it would appear you're the only one who is incapable of understanding telegraphed indicators. that yellow highlight, that you think reflects damage, is really just the game telling you that that character (player or NPC) is CURRENTLY BLOCKING.

It shows up on you when you block as well, but you arent able to see it because.... well you should know you're blocking.

Armitas listed the actual reflects so you should have no more confusion about this subject. If you do you might want to go back to playing pong where the UI and game is REAL simple.
