[SOLVED] ESC key not working

Hi.
Logged in today and ESC key doesn't work, surprisingly frustrating.
I've tried /reloadui multiples times, deleting saved user variables/addon variables and tried launching the game with no addons.
Edit: I haven't messed with keybindings, but there is no way (that I'm aware of) to check without having the ESC key functioning. Also, I can confirm the ESC key works in other applications.
SOLUTION: Disabled webcam software running in the background, which fixed the problem. It seems that the ESC was a keybind for that particular application and may have interfered with ESO, but not any other applications. Strange. Hopefully this may help others experiencing similar issues, I've heard of a few cases like this.

gard✭✭✭✭✭I have had this problem also. Usually it isn't only the escape key, but the 'E' key (bound to interact with obects). Or, sometimes the 'E' key works, but the object interaction will not complete (I interact with a quest object, I can see the 'E' prompt go from white to grey and then white again, but the interaction does not really happen. e.g. the quest does not update.)
alt-tabbing out, killing the client, and logging back in again fixes it for me. Definitely an eso bug. Big surprise.

Zabalah✭✭✭This bug has not been fixed. I get this everytime I zone to a different map. I have to kill the client and log back in again for it to repair itself. This is a very annoying bug.1

ElongateSoul ShrivenI get this alot. Add-on free. Either its mouse 1 attacks, ESC not working or E/F. Been an issue for a long time. So far only way around it is to ALT-F4 and restart client. It's a little annoying when you at times can do that 6-7 times a day.0

Hciliata✭✭This happens randomly to me. I don't know why but holding shift + esc will always work when this happens to me.2
