Trying to find quest that transitions me from Eastmarch to The Rift?

Hey guys, so I have done every single quest I can find in Eastmarch, including the main quest involving the Skald King. I am assuming there is a quest directing me to the Rift somewhere but cant for the life of me find it....can anyone direct me or offer some advice?

I think I found a lead in for start of The Rift quests. Starting in Shor's Stone pick up Beneath the Stone from Ree Zish, which starts Shor's Stone Objective, leading to Unearthed, Move out the Miners which leads to Fallowstone Hall and Storming the Hall.
