Since it appears you are somehow unable to get rid of Bots, please let the players even the playing field by allowing us to run our own Bots also. Then everyone can Bot and all will be happy. ....Yes, this is sarcasm....
Anyhow...this will be my last and final post on the issue. I will not even report any bots in the game any longer...it is just wasted time since little to nothing is done (so it appears to me). Indeed, I will continue playing the game, laughing about the PvP players who are merciless slaughtered by the Cheating, gold buying PvP bosses.
