Heals dont crit?

Heals do crit but since there isnt actually CTS (Combat text scrolling) you just cant see it.Think before you act. There are always consequenses to your actions eventhough you may not notice them0 -
LulzLou✭Rapid Regen with Restostaff works with spell critical. I get around 150+ per critical tick I think0 -
tommipalub16_ESO✭✭✭well i have a cts mod...and it shows crit with dmg just right...but there aint no crit when i use resto staff skills....i have 30% spellcrit..so there should be...0

tommipalub16_ESO✭✭✭i think the addons are combat-log based , so the numbers should be right. I already tried 2 addons. both say: no crit.

Krell✭I logged into my healer character to do some testing and it seems OP is mostly right.
Here are the results of my tests with the resto staff skills.
Grand Healing : never crits. Always heals for the amount listed in the tooltip.
Regeneration : this one does crit. Sometimes the ticks will heal for 50% more.
Blessing of Protection : never crits. Always heals for the amount listed in the tooltip.
So it seems at least two of those skills are bugged, since Regeneration works as it should. My guess is that Grand Healing and Blessing of Protection might be based on Weapon Crit % instead of Spell Crit % (if at all).1 -
tommipalub16_ESO✭✭✭thanks for the testing. I also had the idea, that the crit maybe based on weaponcrit. But this would be kinda senseless due to the fact, that the skilltree is magicka based. I wrote a Feedback to ZOS, i hope they read the stuff. So as ur brackets already guess, i also think there just aint no crit for these skills.
Now the question is : Is this a disadvantag to all classes but templer or are the skills balanced in a way that they dont need a crit to keep up with templer heal skill's quality.
