Interaction-TESO Community managers and players

I feel the need to post this thread to hopefully see an improvement in the interaction level between the game community managers and the players. I just feel that the current situation is just like there is very little player interactions done by the community managers apart from communicating some official updates or acknowledging some issues reported here(very selective too).
I am not saying that these community managers have to reply to every posts(that would result in killing themselves in the end lol) but mingle more with the players instead of isolating yourselves. It does make a GREAT difference should TESO community managers decide to take a step further and interact more with players in forum.
Being Elder Scrolls fan, I earnestly wanting TESO to succeed for a long year and would wanna be pleasantly surprised by it...
Do you guys agree?
