Shadows of Sancre Tor bugged?
So title says it all, think I spelled it right 
Any way yea main quest for Ebonheart lvl 40 or so is bugged for me, I have 2 consecrate 2 shrines and retrieve the amulet of kings but when ever I try and use the shrines nothing happens and I am stuck. I was wondering if any one else has had this problem and if/what they did to fix it. Multiple relogs and resets haven't solved it and refreshing the UI does nothing. Well hope to hear back from some one soon cause this is very aggravating being stuck like this.
