Job Board
Would it be possible to implement a Job Board where you can go to collect quests that you have missed in an area? You would have to be 5-10 levels above the quest or done 90% of the quests in the area perhaps?
...or alternatively, have the quest achievement tracker show the quest names beneath it like how skyshards/lorebooks/caves/locations/guild quests are.
