Mage/Fighter guild quests, did I miss one?

I finished the level 15 quests for both of them, and outside their guild halls I was immediately given the next quests, lvl 25 each. I'm still only level 18. Did I miss something somewhere? Or do the quests jump from 15 to 25?

That is expected. They come in epsiodes spaced out throughout 1-50, and you usually get the breadcrumb to the next one to help you plan.

Thanks! Was used to the main story being every 5 levels got confused thinking the guilds were the same.
