What to do if you want a refund from Zenimax

Sinse my previous thread was deleted for and I quote "Greetings. We have closed this thread, as it's not constructive and we need to reserve the Customer Support section for players requesting in-game support help. Thank you for understanding."

Note to Zenimax staff, it was meant to be constructive to the customers, not to the staff so yes it is constructive for those who are wondering how to get a refund.

First off I just wanted to say that I have played many mmo games from launch and I have to say this is the worst mmo I think I have ever played. I am actually in awe as to how bugged the game is.

This release isn't even worth a F2P and I'm not even joking, how zenimax can charge for this game is outrageous. So enough was enough and I decided to get my money back and go back to GW2 which was orders of magnitude better coded than eso.

So for all those people who paid through paypal and want to get a full refund with no questions asked this is what you do. Make a complaint to paypal with regards to your eso purchase and select "Item was not as described" and in the additional information section explain that you bought a product (don't tell them it was a game) and that the product does not work as intended, there are faults which causes the product to stop operating and after numerous emails to the owner the issue has not been resolved.

Chosing the right words here is important and basically what you're saying is that you're unhappy with the game, it doesn't work as intended and after sending help tickets (emails) to them the game is still horrible to play.

After all there are still bugs, crashes, glitches ect and some people, myself included sent in tickets over 2 weeks ago and have still not had a reply.

So for those of you who really do want a refund and who were smart enough to pay using paypal, know you can get your money back if you so wish. Consider your time played as being a free trial... you know, like most games offer.

Community are amazing, company is terrible. Stick to making single player games please.

this is as constructive as an infant playing with chocolate legos. Inb4 delete.

Too much of this is a downright lie or overt exaggeration. If you want help making a constructive post I'd be willing to help with that.

Sorry, I don't think you understand what the word "constructive" means...
Chosing the right words here is important

"..for players requesting in game support" you're not requesting, you're saying. It would be different if you replied to a post with someone asking how to get a refund. Reposting a deleted thread also is not a good idea.

    Wow....drama much?

Here's an earth-shattering revelation for you: When normal people don't like a game, they cancel it and move on. And there's this magical thing called /feedback right in-game that you can use to impart your drama llama soliloquy directly to Zenimax.
