Messages Across Tamriel Still Broken

I read the new patch today was meant to fix it but it's still broken. When I first logged in today I was approached by Vanus Galerion which restarted the quest. When I fast travelled I was told to meet him in my capital city, which restarted the quest again. When I got there he was just standing there, I still could no talk to him. Same as yesterday. Now there are two marker icons over where he is standing but only one Vanus Galerion is visible. Help?

I can't even find him no markers or anything I had the quest now it's gone

I've got the same problem. I don't know if it's related, but everyone has said to talk to someone in Skywatch about getting to Coldharbour. No one there will talk to me.

Things are looking realy bad for Zenimax, they are going to lose more and more players day by day
This is what you get with limited beta's and releasing an mmo to early.
I feel like i am paying top euro's for a beta client.

So many things are not even close to 100% atm
Some main quests cant be done so you cannot progress to the next chapter but in the meantime your next payment is around the corner.

I realy hope Zenimax does a 180 before the "free"month is up or we might be sailing in a sinking ship already

And this mmo deserves the best of the best as at times is a glorious game to play.
But not in this state -_-

Customer support has been painfully unhelpfull on this issue.
I just told them that If get the "try turning it off and on again" response one more time, I'm going to have to eat every - - - chicken in this room.

and Vanus still won't talk to me

why are they talking about a vet 10+ content update while there is a bug stopping people from getting vet 1.
We can only access 1/3 of the content they already have and they are ready to add more?

No, you can not drop this quest. I've just recently gotten through another bugged quest story quest just to run into this bug. Valon is just sitting in Ebonheart with a quest marker over his head and no way to interact with him.

I'm honestly afraid to even send a ticket because of the myriad of copy and paste responses I will end up with. The last problem I ended up solving myself (after 2 weeks of them telling me to delete my story quest, like clueless fools).

Still broken after patch. Something like this should have been fixed within 24 hours. Not 3 weeks later and still be broken.

the quest is STILL broken for me. i feel like i should cancel my sub until they actually fix it. i can find the guy. but i cannot talk with him. this is a major set back for progression, how is it not fixed yet? i've tried everything they suggest to make it work, and it still does not. getting really fed up at this point.
