Why are there no GM's online?

Right now, the speed hackers, gold sellers and hack-farmers are having a BLAST. We report them, it takes time to get them banned. They make more accounts than they have banned.
Why don't you have a few GM's banning the people selling gold in chat right away and a few GM's in dungeons banning the obvious exploiters? They aren't hard to spot. They all have names like asgdjhdhiusdid, wear the same armor and all attack the same mob at the same time for hours.
Make your GM's invisible if you don't want players asking them questions, etc. It'll show us that you actually care. Right now, a lot of people are sick of hearing ''we're working on it''. Most of us feel that this is a pretty good solution. Yes, they have a TON of accounts but you're going to show them that you're here and that you care about your player base. Right now, it's a free for all. You have the employees to get it done. It won't need to be done forever. The hackers/exploiters, etc will get sick of you banning them. Also, you will be able to ban the invisible hackers that we can't see who are speed hacking and looting resources.
