Greetings my fellow adventures.
I am wondering if any of you out there know if it is possible to save our screenshots in another format instead of the 8MB BMP files they create now.
Seems they want us to save them 1 specific place, and for me that place is on a harddrive that doesnt have unlimited space, and being someone who likes to take pictures of stuff ingame, I can quickly in a week take 100-200 screenshots, so it quickly takes up a lot of space.

Shimond✭✭✭✭I don't think you can change the default output but you can certainly convert them to jpg or whatever with another application.0 -
Dovel✭✭✭There must be a command somewhere. When you screenshot Bug or Player reports there are saved as jpg but for some reason play screenshots are defaulted as bmp.
Probably need an addon to change it though.0 -
Go to Documents -> ESO -> live -> UserSettings.txt
Then change this line SET ScreenshotFormat "BMP"
Replace "BMP" with either "JPG" or "JPEG", I forgot which one works."Do you want the book or not? Then go whack some people with Wabbajack!!"6 -
