list of completed quests?
does anyone know how to find out if a quest has actually been completed or not? I was trying to do the Into The Vice Den quest line when the quest glitched. I had the dude I was supposed to rescue with me but the game marker said he was still in the cage. So I quit and reloaded the game, he was in the cage but when I unlocked it he walked about and disappeared and the game marker still said he was in the cage. So I abandoned the quest hoping it would let me start over. But when I went to where Sind gave me the quest, he's not there. And you can't pick it up in the caravan area.
