Curious what to do between Council of the Five Companions & God of Schemes

For some reason for the last week and a half I have been unable to get God of Schemes, I didn't realize that I was even missing that quest till a friend asked why i wasn't leveling my vet rank in vet zones.

So I am curious what has to be done to acquire the last quest God of Schemes?
Do i have to complete Coldharbour?
Because I mostly grinded my way to max level only stopping to do main quests.

I don't know if I am bugged or what.

You have to hit max level (50 or VR1, it's the same thing). The Prophet should then pop up at some stage and and tell you to meet him at the Harborage.

If you have already reached VR1, then you must have missed The Prophet. The problem with the main quest line is that the objective isn't always marked on the map. Just go check the Harborage.

As soon as you turn lvl 45, someone is supposed to appear and direct you to where you need to go. I happened to be behind on my story line so as soon as I beat Mannimarco and left the harborage, some dude popped up.

Okay a guild mate helped me figure it out, well it seems that I had to also do the quest in Coldharbour to assemble an Army which took me through Coldharbour resulting in the Prophet coming to me once more after.

Yea, i'm having the same problem. I start the quest to free the Ayleid king. Freed him. Got all allies into the hollow city, chose to assault molag bal. After that I haven't gotten the quest to actually go KILL molag bal.

Any ideas? Really wanna progress this quest.

im having the same problem as well got to lvl 50 and didnt get the quest. maybe i walked past the quest giver when he showed up but now i cant find him.
