Display Weapons on Mount

Hi all,
Just wondering, would anybody be able to make a simple addon that displays your weapons while mounted? Full-Immersion manages to do this by a gitch when you disable/enable your helm through the keybind. However, I don't use the addon nor would I want to disable/enable my helm each time.
I think it's looks slightly silly when you get off your mount and suddenly spawn weapons on your back. Not sure if this is something people could do or not so any input or somebody to work on the addon would be great.
