Missable Quests

So, after rolling a new character due to my dislike of the class on my first I noticed that my second didn’t manage to find as many quests as my original in the Stonefalls area. Deciding to poke around at what was going a little more (I do, or should I say did, need more storage characters after all) I discovered what was happening. Due to the presence of bugged quests for my first character, I ended up skipping some content only to have to come back to it later. The second however, managed to progress as what would normally be expected through Stonefalls and because of this missed out on some quests that were otherwise intended to help the player return back to the beaten path if they wander off it.

The quests are for those interested!

In Stonefalls
A Higher Priority (Fort Virak)
Assisting Davon’s Watch (Ash Mountain)/To Aid Davon’s Watch (Othrenis) You can only take one or the other of these, not both.
Taking Precautions (Tormented Spire)
To the Mountain (Vivec’s Antlers)
City at the Spire (Fort Virak)

In Deshaan
Mournhold Market Misery (Selfora)

For Stonefalls, I believe you can probably get the quests up until the point you're told to go there by Holgunn. City at the Spire is only available after you've beaten Fort Virak, but haven't discovered the Kragenmore location yet.

For Deshaan, I believe the quest is available up until you go into Mournhold and discover the main objective of the place. I could be wrong about that.

Has anyone else found something similar with other zones? Would cut down on some of my misery when I find out I've locked myself out of more quests!
