I could be mistaken, as I'm neither part of nor interested in the black hat ESO scene, but I think they're abusing a guild related part of the public API that allows transport to guild members. Thanks to player access to coordinates, people have been able to use this to teleport to specific locations, such as wayshrines (at no cost).
I imagine this could just as easily be used to teleport to harvest nodes, or bosses, given the proper coordinates and abuse of this API function.
I reported this exploit to ZOS about a week ago, in greater detail, and referenced a link to a specific, publicly accessible addon that abuses this functionality. They have not as yet plugged that hole in the public API though.
I posit that simply disabling the guildmember teleport functionality in the public API would break many of the teleporting bots and players.
In other news, what is [HMMM] supposed to signify, and why do all your threads start with it?

I'll check back with the game in 6 months or so maybe but for right now this game isn't even in a good beta state. The constant never ending loading screens that require hard shut down and relogs over and over, the incessant boss camping and botting are enough to make me quit most games. Add in the fact the Zenimax is not listening to their player base and has decided on a lazy and passive approach to these problems tells me they are totally lost in the woods. I'd give them a break because this is their first MMO, but not learning from other company's mistakes shows me a group of out of touch and shoddy developers. Too bad really
What makes you think they don't already have GMs in game?

Oh, I dunno...let's start with the fact that I see the same names day in and day out at public dungeons farming them?
The same names in zone chat spamming away for hours?
If there WERE ingame GM's...this wouldn't be happening on such a large scale. Guaranteed.
Well, unless Zenimax condones such behavior and is secretly supporting the bots and gold spammers. Except that idea is so ludicrous as to defy description.

If you let them ruin your gaming experience, I suggest playing Little Big World 2, or some such. Blaming the game makers for exploiters is like blaming the police for a shooting massacre.
