It would be awesome if there were a separate add-on similar to PSBT's combat alerts. I'd use PSBT, but, I don't think it's being maintained anymore at all, even outside of ESOUI. That's unfortunate. 
Anyhow, I loved the alerts from there, especially the Low Magika alert, with sound. What would be awesome is if FTC and PSBT combined, but that's just a dream.
