Need advice on Attribute ratios for Templar build

I'm currently level 11 and I want to be a healing Templar.
I'm still not sure what is the best ratio to split Attribute points between Magicka, Health and Stamina.
I currently have:
Magicka 6 (needed ranged DPS spells (soloing/levelling) and for healing spells)
Health 3
Stamina 1 (just for dodging and blocking)
Does this seem reasonable, or should I modify it ?
