What can be done about the bots?

I have a stream that shows just how bad the bots are.

Putting a timer on the loot drops aren't stopping the bots from camping a boss. An easier solution could be either making it to where you can't harm a dungeon boss after defeating it in the form of a 10-min debuff, you can auto-teleport people to the beginning of the dungeon so that if they want another crack at the boss, then they would have to run through the dungeon again, OR you can make dungeons a closed instance unless you're with a party member. All I know is that I get really irritated when I go into a dungeon because I have to wait to actually hit the boss to complete the dungeon. Please.... do something about it. So many creative answers out there, one of them HAS to be a brilliant idea to make everyone happy.
