Launched 100000000 miles into the air much?

Not only have I been plagued with ridiculously long load times after the last "patch," now I seem to be plagued with my screen randomly going from third person to first person with no visible UI and what looks to be the sky taking over my screen. I have to close the game client, relog in, reload in, only to find myself falling from 10000000000 miles up in the sky. I'm fairly certain that the falling will never end, so I have to /stuck myself and pay the ridiculously high repair fee, which is almost not worth paying at all when I can craft a new set of armor for free. This wouldn't be that big of a deal except for the fact that it is now happening quite frequently. Twice in 5 minutes to be exact. Seriously!? Stop creating more problems with your patches...

Here is a list of solutions for when you start falling like that:
1)
Friends list -> Right click a friend online -> Click travel to player = A free method of travel, although it only works in some falling scenarios (like when your guy starts stomping on an invisible floor while falling)
2)
UNEQUIP your armor -> type /stuck = Free of all fees but requires enough open inventory to hold your gear.
3)
Open map -> click on the name of the place you wish to travel to (if your map fails to display) -> click on a wayshrine and pay the gold fee = Can be more or less expensive then repairs depending on how often you travel this way.

There are two variations of this bug however..
Scenario (A.)
You fall through the bottom of the map and resort to the 3 solutions listen above.
Scenario (B.)
You get catapulted across the map through the sky and inevitably fall to your absolute death like a new Morrowind player discovering the Scrolls of Icarian Flight for the first time XD
With scenario (B.) the 3 solutions will not work unless you are fast at executing them, heck you'd be lucky to unequip your inventory fast enough! When this happens you fly, and you fly FAST until landing onto the world HARD. I record allot of gameplay and caught a lucky clip of the glitch happening to me without resulting in death thanks to a friendly neighborhood rooftop. I made a .gif to show you
