Don't give up when you where banned!

If you were banned like me and you were not cheating or gold spamming. This post might help you. I recently send a long email to costumer support, explaining the flaws in the support through my eyes. I got a good response back from a representative support staff member. The two emails can be read at the reddit link down below.

I was suspended, then banned permanent after a thorough investigation and finnaly unbanned. As crazy as this sound, it happened to a lot of people. This took more than 20 tickets to support. As long as you are innocent, you will get unbanned.

The advice that I would like to give everyone that was bannend is:
DO NOT STOP SENDING EMAILS UNTILL YOU GET YOUR ACCOUNT BACK!

By mistake I made one on the guide sub forum. I don't know how to delete it. Then I made one on the only sub forum that gets views. And now a short version of it right here.

Don't lower yourself to that kind of childish behaviour. Try to contribute to the community.
