Rune location to begin enchanting

Found this nice little area to gather runes and passing it along. It's a common place, but I want to find out if anyone got over this bridge too?
It's on Stros M'kai at the Merchant Plummet bridge. A few of us tried to get over it while I was busy collecting runes and loot. Two Runeblocks off to the right as you stand at the bridge gave off 13 round runes in about 3 hours, total collected was 20+ runes. 2 of the rounds were Denata and 1 was a red for me.
Who's been over that bridge? We never made it over, but it was fun flopping into the water over and over.

I found that starter islands for all factions have **** load of runes and you can get plenty of even high level ones. So when I need runes I go to Bleakrock."Do you want the book or not? Then go whack some people with Wabbajack!!"0
