ESO down again and the company ignores us!

Its Sat 19th Apr, the game is down again. This is kinda ***. EU Servers go down, again and again during Prime time in the EU. It's Saturday night, the useless plonkers spend hours trying to fix it and ESO does not even allow posts to the effect of how many people are pissed off! Talk about ignoring the stakeholders here! Get your act sorted pronto here. If this does not stop, I'll scrap my ESO account and go back to my LOTRO account. It may not be as exciting but its VIP free, its stable and it allows free posts to see how many people are upset! Viva la revolution!
