well than i change my question since you said about motion controller that was actually one question and you didnt answer the using pc account on ps4 version of the game so whats the deal with that

Well, you are an annoying one.
You bumped your own post twice within a few seconds.
You need a separate account to play on the PS4. Your PC account will not transfer over.

To answer your question, the ps4 and pc games have nothing to do with each other, not characters, servers or accounts.
If you have the pc version and want to play the ps4 version, consider it a completely different game.
The number one rule of online gaming is now and has always been,
Never play on Patch Day.
