Stealth vs. Sneak?

The Khajiit and Wood Elf racial skills refer to Stealth and the Medium Armor passives refer to Sneak...aren't they the same thing? Shouldn't one be renamed to the other? Or am I missing something?

✭✭✭✭✭Sneaking is just being in the crouched position, and stealth is when your crosshair is flat, making you completely hidden from view.
It's a subtle distinction, but since the Medium Armor passive refers to stamina consumption, it needs to be a term that applies to sneaking, even if you aren't stealthed.----
