How can I cure WW?

Looking to cure Lyncanthropy, but I can't find the place to do it, I checked mages guild in Riften but to no avail.

People are paying up to 40k for this and you want to cure it? Is it really that bad? sadly haven't had the chance to try it out, doubt i ever i will.
