PVP xp boost please

I dont mind questing, but after getting 1 character to 40 i am sick of finding someones lost relative etc etc
I played 8+ hours in Cyrodiil today, and gained 1/3 level. I am currently level 12.
If i played PVE i would be much further ahead. I feel like i am being punished for playing the game the way i like.
People AOE grinding can gain 1 level every hour or thereabouts, and questing gains 1 level every 2 hours. PVP is far behind.
Please increase the XP gain for PVP especially for those of us that like to play alts.

Just a small XP tick per time spent defending and attacking keeps would be enough. Add in another boost for player kills / assists and i would be happy.

Yeah i agree, it's painfully slow to level up in Cyrodiil. I've currently got my main at level 48 and haven't skipped a single bit of dialogue in PvE. I've enjoyed the story and enjoyed my time in PvE. That said, i do want to start at least two more characters as i'd like to try out some other abilities as different classes etc. Yet, i do not want to sit through a story i've just completed all over again. So being able to level my alts whilst doing some good old PvP would be very much appreciated.

I have a different Point of view. I'm Level 32, love playing PvP as well as PvE. I'd prefer 2 kinds of XP, so that you can't level up your "normal" level in Cyrodiil. For me, sometimes leveling goes too fast in relation to time spend in PvE. In my opinion gaining "ranking XP" in pvp and "normal" XP in PvE would be the best compromise,

currently dont want to play PVP due to the horrible XP gains.
this is also making me resent PVE questing just to level up.

Dear Zenimax let people choose how they want to level up in this great game, dont let your subs go down becuase your vieuw is diffrent then all those players who like Cyrodiil PvP and Dungeons.

You took away the daily pvp quest and nerfed dungeon exp to the ground....after many bought the game.
I realy hope this doesnt backfire and creates a mass exodus.

I reached V1 on my NB but i just got bored off all those quests and quests and quests.....
And i am only V1....

Give people options before its to late and the damage is done and people leave in the game out of boredom.
Not everyone likes to quest their eyeballs out !!!

I think it takes a lot more longer to get a vet level doing quest. Probably 5-10hrs and that's if you just skip through the quest dialog. There is no way you can grind vet levels 1 level an hour...maybe 2 if your killing bosses constantly or doing the tower grind. Even that is glitchy sometimes you inexplicably dont get xp.

You got a good point about pvp xp being kinda worthless though. They need to do something to get people pvping and forming groups instead of rage quitting due to VR. Hardly anyone is pvping which is suppose to be the catch and end game content for ESO online. Instead people are just grinding till their eyes fall out and rinse and repeat. We should be pvping through vet levels with more incentives than xp ... It seems like ESO is composed of get to LVL 50 and rage quit grinding vet levels instead of pvping for xp in cyrodill. Cyrodill is so dead. I thought everyone was going to head on over to pvp zones after 50 but people are just grinding mindlessly through vet content and rage quitting and not even making it to cyrodill. Increasing the xp for pvp x10 would help. At the moment a mob would give you more xp and you can kill that in 1 sec. There is no grantee you will find a player in 5-10 min or even kill one in pvp to get that xp.

The XP you earn low level is pathetic compared to v8+ ... It really needs to tweaked.

ZoS how about you start selling some pvp boost for the people that actually have jobs and not 24hrs a day to play videogames. I'm not talking about pay to win stuff just something to keep working people competitive. This VR thing is killing me.

I got a job and a life so i don't have time that others have living in their moms basement eating chettos and playing eso 24/7. Not to say that i wouldn't do the same given the oppurtunity, BUT; nonetheless, it would be nice to be able to catch up to the generation of degenerates. No offense ...that's if you view yourself as the people I described. Then you would be admitting to it...so thus.. you shouldn't be mad about the truth. This way no one should be offended because of denial. Anyways I digress...This idea would mean money for ZoS and less players that quit because we don't have that kind of time it takes for this infamous VR grind.

I Know championship is coming out to take care of the VR disease... I just don't know when it's coming out. If i had to make a guess i would say 2016. That thing is so complicated I'm still not sure what it is. I just know its a complete overhaul that will effect everything and anything releated to this game. Each point will scale diff things and will have to be countered by something else. Good Luck with that coming out in 2015. All i know is you have my 6 month sub when it comes out and other will prob come back to see it in action.

The removal of FCs has made the situation even worse due to the slower gameplay/less action/lower population.

I really dislike PvE because it's just incredibly boring to me. It makes more sense to spend the time reading an actually well written novel than do PvE quests. I know others love questing but that's my take on it: it's just not why I pay to play.

As a low VR level playing Cyrodiil when I can, it took me about 10 days from VR1 to VR2. At that rate it'll be a minimum of 4 more months before I get to max level and become truly competitive, or equal at least in terms of level, in PvP.

Not sure it's worth sticking it out based on the current state of Cyrodiil due to lack of FCs. But I'll still be playing for now. I do all the Cyro quests I can and basically try to get in as much action as possible; but better VP would still help.
