Problem with crafting Calcinium Cuirass Rank 3

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
In blacksmith crafting window I am not able to increase the rank from 2 to 3 on Cuirass only, once 13 ingots are selected (rank 2) the + sign is greyed out. I can make all other items from Calcinium rank 3, just not the cuirass. At clothing station I can make rank 3 robe.
Above the Calcinium stack in the Material section it says 12-13 Calcinium ingots, therefore only allowing you to increase quantity be 1 ingot, should it not say 12 -14?

Already a thread going about this. I'd suggest you fill out a /bug report just to make sure they hear about it though.0
