My game files have been corrupted since last patch..

After I patched last Tuesday I have not been able to play. I had errors and come to find out my files where hopelessly corrupted. After I ran scandisk and finally fixed the corrupted bits, I now have had to try and re-install 3 times! This time I finally have gotten it to stick without the files corruption, but now its stuck in downloading->WebGetRequestFailed->checking files->downloading->WebGetRequestFailed up etc...etc...etc
I no longer have the repair option from the game option drop down menu. There seems to be absolutely no way to fix this problem. I am utterly frustrated and pissed off.
