Problem with NB Ultimate

Yesterday i morphed Death Stroke into Incapacitating Strike. Well, i cannot perform it from crouch. It always says "detected" and won't grant crouched damage bonus.
Is it for the stun part of the skill or it is just broken ?

no one tried it, or thinks it's important?
i think it's almost fundamental to properly chose the morph.

I chose the other morph for more Ultimate with kills; IIRC doesn't that morph only stun if YOU have less health than your target? So if you are in stealth it would never trigger the stun? Of course it should still give the sneak bonus and you should not be "detected" (assuming you're sneaking behind the target, of course). Haven't run across this issue (being detected when should not be).

that is what i thought and why i picked up that morph.
Before morphing it i had sneak bonus (from behind, of course) and indeed it desn't stun the target. Maybe it's just a bug, or it does a sort of stun-check on the target that reveals me.
