The Wailing Prison

So at the end of the wailing prison where you go into the anchor to leave you fly up and suppose to be teleported. Well when I try I just fly up then come flying down and die. Also it's not giving me the option of skipping the wailing prison either when I created two characters just now.
Took a couple tries re logging but I got it to work.
