"Error 302-PatchError_CorrupDest" and Voice Dialogue

For the most part, I appear to be able to avoid the Error 302 message by disabling my firewall and antivirus. However, I have uninstalled the game twice and run repair through the patcher numerous times and will still have this message show up now and then. Also, There always seems to be files to download no matter how many times I use repair from the "Game Options" drop down.
I also have problems with the in game voice dialogue. At first I had no voice dialogue at all, although the music, ambient, and combat sounds all came through fine. I now hear most of the dialogue options but every now and then, say 1 in 20 dialogues, fail to come through.
I have attempted to update my video and audio drivers. The problem being that Dell (there's my problem) seems to have some sort of setup with AMD. I have contacted AMD about why driver's downloaded from their website fail to install for my AMD Radeon HD 7570. They informed me that they do not support that card and all driver updates for it must come from Dell. According to Dell, my driver is up to date with the driver from 08/2013. No love there.
I attached a text file from the Game Consultant. Hopefully someone will see a problem and a work around.

Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

✭✭✭✭My spouse is having this issue intermittently. Uninstalled all mods, reloaded, no difference. tried to monkey with computer settings, no change. All drivers check out as most recent (and this is a relatively new computer with a clean bill of health from the Geek Squad). Now yesterday he switched to headphones, then it was fine with headphones and then it was fine without them. No idea why that should make a difference.
