Do abilities stack on top of weapon stats?

Hi there,

I'm just wondering - if, for example, I have a bow equipped that deals a total of 80 damage, and then I use Volley III which deals 20 damage every 0.5 seconds, is the initial 80 damage of my bow ignored? Or do the two combine to create 100 damage every 0.5 seconds?

They are not ignored. There is a formula that is used to incorporate weapon damage into weapon skills.

Just keep in mind that ESOhead isn't 100% reliable, especially when balance patches hit. Its still good to get an idea of general trends though.
