Viridian Watch Solo Dungeon! Is there a quest in there to pick up?

Good morning

Every solo dungeon I have been to there is usually a quest to pick up there. I have been to Viridian Watch a few times. Other than picking up a skyshard there is nothing else in there it seems. There is no indication on the map of any quest there - ie the usual "quest" symbol.

Can anyone confirm if there is indeed a quest there or is the NPC situated elsewhere to enable the quest?

Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like there should be, since there are a bunch of friendly looking captive NPCs around asking to be freed. But I didn't see any way to interact with them without a quest to possibly trigger interactables.

I could be mistaken (heck I could be completely wrong), but after I noticed a couple/few solo dungeons didn't have a mini quest inside, I made it a point to pickup and the read tomes/notes/leaflets you always find laying around in the solo dungeons. Since then I haven't encountered any that seem to be missing the mini/turn-in quests. So I came to the conclusion that perhaps those tomes/notes triggered the mini quest. But as I said, I could be way off base.

I'm pretty sure there are several dungeons without extra quests. Most of them do, though.
