how do I get the quest for spindleclutch to repeat the dungeon?

bit of a silly question but for the life of me I can't find a quest giver, groups have tried sharing their q's with no go. I can go in with a group but the quest doesnt start for me... and so on. What am I doing wrong? thanks in advance

Not a repeatable quest, you can only get it once.
You can still go through the dungeon, just without the quest.

Zoom out of the map to see all of Tamriel, you will see dungeons in other factions' zone, you can teleport there. With wayshrine it is free too.

Is this different than for the Undaunted?

I visited Spindlecluth and went inside with a group that needed help with the last boss thinking that's what I needed, but I just returned to Daggerfall but with no dungeon achievements.

Is this something I need to enter and there's a questgiver there?

The reward you get is another chance at the unique boss drops.
