Like it says the exact message reads as follows: "The program can't start because D3DCOMPILER_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
I have reinstalled ESO 5 times now and I still get this message. Is there something in particular I need to do. I am having trouble finding any posts on it.

darkkterror_ESO✭✭✭Considering that this is related to DirectX, one of the first things I would try to do is reinstall DirectX.
