Hi there, I wanted to ask if there is a mod that could mark in each item description (right click on item) if my character already learned that trait. Perhaps using a color code for the trait (orange for not learned, green for learned), or adding a tilde right next to said trait.

I feel your pain. Using both is actually nice. One is for when breaking down and so on the other is a nice little table you can pull up to see what you have even when not at a crafting station.1
