[EU] - Aldmeri Dominion - Looking For Guild.

We are five friends, all above the age of 25, who are currently looking for a well organized "semi hardcore" guild that focuses on both endgame PvE and PvP.
All five of us are in the Veteran Ranks, and we have all completed the first three veteran dungeons.
It is all fun and games but when we do a dungeon we need the players around us to take it seriously and deliever nothing but their very best effort.
In PvP we prefer well organized (large)groups with players able to follow directions, tactics and such from whoever is put in charge.
With that said we all (almost) people with jobs and social lives so it is not like we expect 16 hours of gameplay daily from others either.
Most of us are able to craft endgame gear, and we have both an enchanter and a provisoner who are able to craft veteran glyphs and various food for buffs.
