Characters can not interact with environment

Since the patch, my toons are not able to interact with the environment. They pass through objects like crafting stations, buildings, stairs, etc. I cannot interact with any crafting stations, but I can interact with books and npcs. NPCs I cannot run through, if that helps at all.

JlouSoul ShrivenUpdate on this issue. The problem affects by my account and my wife's on the same computer. The problem does not affect either account on a different computer. Since this appears to be a problem with the client side, I attempted reboot, to no avail. I'm now going to uninstall and reinstall in hopes things load correctly this time.0
