Do you have to be stealth for the armor reduction with this skill or does the 40% armor reduction happen regardless. I know you have to be stealthed for the stun, but not sure about the armor reduction.

You need to be stealthed for that skill to have full effect.

I know you have to be stealthed for the stun....but with it morphed do you have to be stealthed for the secondary armom debuff effect?
