Vampire ultimate question

The Devouring Swarm morph from the Vampire ultimate says it heals for each target affected. The damage portion ticks five times. Does this mean that the heal portion will tick five times as well on the same target? Or only once per target?

Govalon✭✭✭✭I believe it is 5 times on each enemy. Atleast I have experienced that I instantly gain full health if I use ultimate on a group of enemies.0
