Usersettings not saving and all folders missing from "My Documents"

I installed ESO on my second HDD (OS is on a small SSD) and I cannot find my usersettings doc or my addons folder that is usually in my documents. Computer search for an "addons" folder comes up empty. Settings are also not saving, ie gamma and save username, so I don't think the files are hiding anywhere. I have done multiple installs and cant find it. I have tried to create the folders myself but the game does not detect them. I would be so happy for some help.

That's a tricky one. The addons folder is usually under My Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live(or liveeu)/AddOns

Have you tried searching for the top level 'Elder Scrolls Online'? (Windows search tools are seriously bad since Win XP)

You haven't got 'hide system folders' turned on have you (on by default - of course!)

RunAs Administrator.

Try checking the My Documents folder on your main drive. It may be there instead of where the game is installed on the second drive.

I ran as administrator and nothing. I have searched my entire computer for every file that should be in that folder and they dont exist. Im getting pretty frustrated.

I got the same problem except im missing all the files and folders except addons and usersettings

Yeah I have nothing at all. I hope someone knows how to fix it. I am getting very frustrated.
